BRANDING CASE STUDY
AHNA-NCH

What better way to depict the many facets of managing affordable housing than through a logo inspired by architecture? The Northern California Chapter of the nation-wide Affordable Housing Management Association, and training and certifying body, needed an upgrade to their existing identity that conveyed strength, approachability, and, above all, home. Taking cues from the work of architects Le Corbusier and Peter Koenig, I developed a multi-colored, logo of rectilinear shapes to play off the lowercase typography.
An oversize membership brochure features the same color scheme, and conveys the professional and caring qualities of skilled property managers.
As a result, membership and training opportunities have increased.
